  In a certain place, there was a calm and peaceful medium size town. In that town, there was a mysterious door which looked fairy old, and it made of wood. That door stand on a hill close to the town, but nobody knows who made it, and when it was there.
  According to legend, if someone who committed crime, such as theft, murder, or something like that, got through the door, who would get old. One day, an incident occurred that money, and valuable goods had stolen from many families. In that town, theft has never even once happened, so people was confused, and concerned about that.
  In the midnight some citizens were gathered and decided to find the culprit. At that time, a man who is the most honest man in the town said "Why don't we use that door?", and all of them agreed his suggestion. Next morning, all of the citizens were gathered around the door, and made a long line. People got through the door one by one, and the last person got through the door. However, nobody got old. People tried many times, but the results were same.
  Then a honest man said "There is a bad witch who lives in the outskirts of the town. She must be the curplit." People brought her in front of the door, and she got through the door. However, nothing happend. "No, you are the culprit, witch!" honest man said. Then she said, "I suppose you aren't get through the door are you, honest man?" with smiling. He surprised and about to run away, but some people caught him. Then he hold his both arms by them, and pushed to the door. And behold! honest man changed old man. He is the thief that had stolen. The witch had gone away before they knew it.

This time, I’d like to explain about how to obtain the most efficient running form. According to the following instructions, you will be acquired. (As a premise, if you are overweight than the average weight now, you must reduce your weight until your weight decreased to average body weight.) There are some important points to obtain a good form while you are running. First, you have to keep your face angle. Look straight ahead, and with your chin lowered. Next, straighten your posture. Please imagine a string that attached top of your head, and it pulling you upward. If you have a slight stoop, you can’t obtain sufficient propulsive. Then draws the scapula toward the spine and slightly upward, if you do that, you can breathe more easily. To get propulsive, you don’t have to swing your arms side to side, relax your shoulder and you must always keep swing your arms back and forth in your mind. Then tilt your pelvis forward slightly, or your body will stable. Lastly, you have to pay attention to a movement of your feet extremely. You often hear it said that you must land on your heels while you are running, but most energy-efficient way is to land on heels and bottom of the middle of your feet all together. Landing on your feet together will reduce the impact on your ankles, knees, and whole your legs.

            This time, I would like to recommend "Dress Meat". "Dress Meat" is the name of an extremely rare and very valuable parts of  heart of Blue Whale(Moby Dick). First, the reason why that heart called "Dress Meat" is that marbled meat looks like an immaculate wedding dress. As you know, commercial whaling is strictly prohibited these days, but exceptionally, whaling is permitted in the form of scientific whaling. Thanks to the scientific whaling, limited amount of whale meats have been provided the market intermittently as a by-product. Since ancient times, it has been believed that natural power, bravery and strong will can be acquired by eating heart in many parts of the world. I'm not sure whether it makes you stronger or not. It is very expensive, but you should try it once, because it is rarely appear on the market, and on top of everything, it actually tastes so good.

             I'd like to write about my very personal experience that changed me, and more properly speaking, a phrase changed me. Anyway, let's get write it. The story what I'm writing is the experience that I was in Faculty of Commerce. As you know, I'm a transfer student, before reenrolled Faculty of Foreign Languages in 2013, I had studied management, economics, and accounting, from 2006 to 2010 in Faculty of commerce. I'm still remembered the event.
             I was in the 3rd grade, and taking The Theory of International Marketing which is lead by Professor Doi. According to him, a university which is in Fukuoka, he also teaches similar type of lecture for foreign students in English. For that reson, I felt that his lecture was americanized, because he was usually lecturing with his hand in his pocket, and also sit front-row desk. His lecture was so interesting, many students seemed enjoying the class.
            One day, we had a quiz, and I passed it, however, Prof. Doi asked me, "Hey Toru, you answered to the question about "What is the serious trade problems occured between United States and Japan in the 1950s and the 1960s"". "You answered "I think it's Japan‐U.S. trade friction". "That's true, but do you know the reason why it happend?" I couldn't answer the question well. Then he continued and said this. "Say Toru, we are apt to fall into that we think we understand everything, but I don't think so." "You haven't understand exactly, if you can't explain the background and meaning of the things to other people."
             When I heard that phrase, I sympathized with his way of thinking. The phrase have never far from my mind since then. I was influenced by that phrases, I had thought I might be help students who disgusted cramming. Rote-learning is one of the way to teach English, but there is another thing still more important. English is a language, language is composed of conversation, and conversation cannot be progress without communication. I think every English words and phrases have meaning, or rule, or various background. Teaching that kinds of things before the start of teach, I belieave it will promote an understanding of learning English for students. That the reason why I decided to go into teaching.

          First, I'd like to write about the person I admire most is Roger Federer, who is well known for one of the strongest tennis player ever. When I first saw him at The Championships, Wimbledon on TV , I was high school student. I was impressed by his courteous and gentlemanly behavior for the referee and gallery let alone his opponent. He is respected in all over the world, but when he was a young man(U-20), he was emotional, and bad-mannered person, so he often expelled from the court, so he decided to built his inner strength in order to become a champion, and succeeded it. He also established Roger Federer Foundation, and he is deeply engaged in charity work for poor children in Africa. I hope for his further success.
          Lastly, I'd like to write about the person I respect most is Eriko Yamaguchi, who is a business people and energetic and stubborn person. Her company, Motherhouse is a fashion brand specialized in handbags produced in developing countries.  She worked in Inter-American Development Bank after graduated Keio University, but she had a large doubt in her mind that the role of development aid for poor country at the office, so she quit her job, and she decided to found a company and produce steady employment in Bangladesh which is one of the poorest country in the Asia. When she started her business, it was nothing worked, because she stole her passport, and she couldn't produce her products because of deteriorating condition of public safety in the country, but she overcame adverse conditions, and now, her company currently owns 15 shops in Japan and Taiwan. Her energetic and stubborn personality has developed through Judo. When she was a elementary school student, she was bullied at school, but she met Judo, and it strengthened her physical and mental. I respect her mental toughness from the heart.

            First, I'd like to write about Paris Hilton. I think that her negative personal quality is a stupidity, because she is famous for making trouble. For example, she was sentenced to a 3-year probation in 2007 for drunk driving, and she was arrested on suspicion of drug possession in 2010, also she provides many other gossips all over the world. I think that the reason why she does a series of stupid actions are just because he is rich, he thinks he can get away with murder.
            Next, I'd like to write about Yukio Hatoyama, who is a former Japanese Prime Minister. I think that he is a deceitful, dishonest and loopy person. When he became a Prime Minister, he pledged to relocate the Futenma Air Base at least out of Okinawa Prefecture, but in the end he could't fulfill the promise, and resigned. Last week, he also made a controversial statement over Senkaku Islands which are disputed territorial dispute between China and Japan. In his remarks, he said "It is unavoidable that the Chinese side thinks Japan stole the islands". I can't understand why he said that despite he is in a position to protect own national interests.  I think he is insane, and also he is traitor to his country.
            Lastly, I'd like to write about Vladimir Putin who is the President of Russia. I think he is a ruthless and cruel person, because in the last 9 years, over 120 journalists who are against Putin regime have killed in Russia, and also Alexander Litvinenko who was a former officer of the FSB  (Russian Federal Security Service) was assassinated by poisoning with radioactive Polonium-210. The reason why he assassinated is believed to be disclosed the classified information about Vladimir Putin is in command of assassination and commit terrorism to his people. I think he doesn't want someone to know his inconvenient truth, but his act is totally counterproductive.

I’d like to write about my sister and my cousin’s father and my friend kogakun(I don’t know his first name). At first, my sister Chieko, who was attended faculty of art and interior design at Kumamoto Kougyou High School. She is good at drawing, and I was attended same high school, so when I have some art homework, I went to her to ask to help my homework many times, and each time she was willingly accepted. Moreover she is good in English, she passed the first grade of the STEP test, and scored above 900 on the TOEIC test. After graduated high school, she put her English ability to good use at one of the most famous hotel in Tokyo. She loves JAZZ, especially she loves Bill Evans, and Beegie Adair. I already wrote about my sister, Chieko, in “Journal A”, who is very sociable person, and has cheerfully personality, on the basis of her skills or personality, she is a right-handed person, but I think she has a stronger right brain. Next, my cousin’s father is an accountant, who is very smart and serious person. Each time I see him at relative's wedding or something like that, we always talk about politics, economics, running, and novels. I hate economics, but he always explain logically and in orderly sequence. His method of explain about economics or politics are easy to understand, but sometimes he gradually getting absorbed in his explain, so usually I can’t catch up with his explain. On the basis of his skills or personality, I think he has a stronger left brain. Finally, my friend Kogakun is a singer, he is not a famous singer, who has been struggling in an independent label. One day, I and my friends went to Karaoke in order to listen to his song, and we were surprised that his singing ability, it was great, so I’m sure that he has a stronger right brain.
