This time, I’d like to explain about how to obtain the most efficient running form. According to the following instructions, you will be acquired. (As a premise, if you are overweight than the average weight now, you must reduce your weight until your weight decreased to average body weight.) There are some important points to obtain a good form while you are running. First, you have to keep your face angle. Look straight ahead, and with your chin lowered. Next, straighten your posture. Please imagine a string that attached top of your head, and it pulling you upward. If you have a slight stoop, you can’t obtain sufficient propulsive. Then draws the scapula toward the spine and slightly upward, if you do that, you can breathe more easily. To get propulsive, you don’t have to swing your arms side to side, relax your shoulder and you must always keep swing your arms back and forth in your mind. Then tilt your pelvis forward slightly, or your body will stable. Lastly, you have to pay attention to a movement of your feet extremely. You often hear it said that you must land on your heels while you are running, but most energy-efficient way is to land on heels and bottom of the middle of your feet all together. Landing on your feet together will reduce the impact on your ankles, knees, and whole your legs.
